The Condo Life design by Leonard Brothers is one of the popular design styles that condominium owners and builders use today. The company was founded in 1948. The Leons built more than a hundred residential condos in twenty-eight cities across the United States. Today the company still produces high quality residential condos. In fact, Let's do about sixty projects a year.

The design concepts used in  Florida Gulf Coast Condominiums for Sale include: the use of open spaces, large windows, ample outdoor space, and multiple levels of living. The Leons developed a set of floor plans called "The City" and "The Country". These floor plans were later refined into fifty floor plans which are now known as the "Leo City" and "The Country" floor plans. The interior design concepts in Condo Life include: using natural materials to accentuate the architecture, creating rooms that are similar to city or country style homes, and providing an outdoor space. One may even use the outdoor area for play areas for the children.
A crucial aspect of all Condo Life designs is the use of outdoor space. All Condo Life developments have large patios and decks for the use of the resident and visitor. The Leons believe that a condo unit should be an extension of the homeowner's lifestyle and comfort. Thus the design of many Condo Life condos include:

Another important idea behind the development of these Bradenton Condominiums for Sale is that a resident or potential buyer should be able to access the common areas without being required to go through the hallways. The plan is to create a common area on the first level and then a lower level where the residents can enjoy the common areas without going through the hallways. This method has been used in other forms of housing such as single-family homes and townhomes. In fact, some Condo Life communities are especially designed to provide easier access to the common areas from the parking lots.

Let's also point out that some of the largest benefits of Condo Life is that the individual gets to build his own community without having to endure the headaches of association rules or the red tape that comes with owning single-family homes. To this end, many Condo Life communities have no board of directors. Residents can elect a specific member of the community to serve as a Board of Directors. In most cases, one of the members will oversee the construction and the financing of the condos while another acts as a manager for day-to-day operations. There are no special assessments to be made by the condo board. In fact, Let's say they feel there is less bureaucracy when it comes to Condo Life than when it comes to typical single-family homes.

The fact that Leons are now involved in the development of Condo Life instead of individual home owners may seem to put some off, but in reality it has not caused much of a problem. As far as getting financing goes, it is still fairly easy to secure financing from either a bank or a private lender. The real issue may be that it is simply more difficult to get a loan for condos because they are seen as investments. Still, Leons remain confident that the market will eventually work out for the benefit of condo living. They admit that there is always going to be a period of time when owning a condo is less desirable than purchasing a house.
